Fresivo collects information you provide when creating an account, completing quizzes, or contacting support. This includes email addresses, usernames, and quiz performance data. We may collect device information and usage patterns through analytics tools.
Information is collected directly from user input and automatically through standard web technologies such as cookies and server logs. Collection occurs only during active platform use.
Collected information is used to deliver platform services, track learning progress, improve content quality, and communicate updates. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use information for targeted advertising beyond essential platform functionality.

Platform logs and analytics data may be retained for up to two years for security and improvement purposes. Financial transaction records are retained as required by applicable law.
